Saxophonist/clarinetist and composer Jeff LaRochelle's 2nd album, "Lenses Extend", brings together many of his long-time musical collaborators to delve into his intricate and densely woven compositions.
Lenses Extend explores the relationship we have with ourselves, in the context of our personal relationships, our society, and through the lens of social media and an increasingly politicized landscape. The music was written to look deeper and to gain clarity by examining the complexities of our modern world.

Lehman's most emotional and most beautiful album to date. This album manages to be complex and extremely interesting to listen to while also feeling like a strong expression of emotion. Lehman's trio is incredible as usual, and they synergize perfectly with Craig Taborn. rat
